We have been taught for centuries that girls and woman are meant to be seen, not heard. We are not supposed to be loud, or strong, or independent. We are meant to depend on others and be dainty and soft spoken.

She, however, stands against the idea of softness. She is a princess in dresses, with the attitude of a queen. She faces down the patriarchy and reminds everyone that she was meant to be seen. She was meant to be heard. She may be dainty, but she is also strong, independent and willful.
