Minimalism

We often see the big picture, the full image, through our eyes. But sometimes, it’s beneficial to look at the smaller image. The things that make up the larger picture. The small moments, and items, like moss on a tree, or the way the old snarls in wood take on their own feature, as if they are clouds rearranging into rabbits and unicorns. Or the grates that could be lines, or tracks, or signify moments we don’t otherwise comprehend.

Minimalism is a story about the object, not of the object. And we often need better stories about the scenes we look at.
